GRANTS IN AID

A community's vision for conservation of farmland, open space and important wildlife habitat will frequently focus on preservation, protection or implementation. Banisch Associates, Inc. aids client communities in identifying and securing supplemental funding to develop the plans, acquire the lands, build the buildings and install the equipment that fulfills this vision. Grants secured with our assistance have built senior centers, libraries, municipal buildings, community centers, and recreational fields to name a few. By helping to clarify and refine the community's vision and its future, we integrate categorical funding opportunities, like Green Acres and Farmland Preservation and Historic Preservation, within the context of comprehensive municipal and regional planning.
